Incident Reporting / Quick Tips

Everyone plays a role in keeping our schools safe. We encourage all staff, substitute teachers, parents, and students to take safety seriously by reporting any concerns, whether through our anonymous reporting system, to a trusted adult, or directly to a school administrator. Studies show that individuals planning to cause harm often share their intentions beforehand. Unfortunately, these warnings are sometimes overlooked because people assume someone else has already spoken up, or think the issue is too small to matter. Please don’t make that assumption. Report any concern, no matter how minor it may seem. Speaking up can save lives.

Harassment, intimidation, and bullying are serious offenses and will not be tolerated. If you have been a witness to or suspect a bullying offense, please complete the form below and return it to the principal's office at your school or to the district office. This form may be completed anonymously but no disciplinary action will be taken based solely on the basis of an anonymous report or phone call.
